A maternity influencer who touched the lives of tens of thousands of mothers has tragically passed away, just days after undergoing emergency surgery.

At the age of 34, she died in Brazil on Wednesday. Known for her popular Instagram account, amormama, which had over 70,000 followers, the official cause of her death is still unknown. However, friends have reported that she had an ectopic pregnancy last week.

In a recent post, she had asked her fans to pray for her recovery, stating, “Pray for my healing. I need to take care of myself now. But I hope to be able to take care of you soon.”

An ectopic pregnancy occurs when a fertilized egg implants outside the womb, usually in one of the Fallopian tubes. Since the pregnancy cannot proceed in this location, surgical removal of the egg is necessary.

Taina, a trained nurse, was known for sharing breastfeeding tips and parenting advice on her Instagram account. She leaves behind a husband and a five-year-old daughter.

Her funeral was held on Thursday in Parnamirim, located in northeastern Brazil. Despite her passing, tributes continue to pour in from those who admired her dedication and kindness. A post announcing her death read, “God has called our Tai home. Wife, mom, daughter, friend, business owner. She was a woman of deep faith, timeless values, and boundless kindness.”
