- Dijon mustard: 1 teaspoon
- Large egg: 1
- Dried thyme: ⅛ teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs: ¼ cup
- Onion powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Garlic powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Salt and black pepper: To taste
