SmartSite Earnings provides private analytics, earnings and payment reports for websites connected by the SmartSite administrator. This policy describes how its reporting features use data, including information obtained through Google integrations.
Information accessed and its purpose
With account authorization, SmartSite reads Google AdSense account and website identifiers, estimated earnings, performance metrics, unpaid balances and available payment records. It uses this information to verify website connections, display reports and provide configured payment alerts.
Google Analytics connects through an administrator-configured service account or a Google account explicitly authorized by the SmartSite owner for read-only Analytics access. Reports show aggregated activity, including active users, views, pages, countries and device categories. Optional backup Google connections store the verified account email and Google account identifier to ensure the intended account is connected. The owner can test and select a saved connection without changing the configured Analytics properties.
When Adskeeper is connected, SmartSite uses the administrator-provided API credentials to retrieve earnings and performance information for the configured websites.
Website earnings are filtered by domain. AdSense balances and payment history cover the entire connected account and may include other websites.
Who can access or receive information
The SmartSite owner and authorized administrators manage connections. People who have a website’s report code can view its reports, including any account-wide balance and payment history displayed there.
When WhatsApp payment alerts are enabled, the website name, payment date and original payment amount are sent through Meta’s WhatsApp service to the configured recipients who have agreed to receive alerts.
The connected services process requests needed to provide these features. Currency conversion requests use currency codes and dates; they do not include earnings or payment amounts.
Storage and security
Data is processed and stored on the SmartSite server. Saved Google OAuth client credentials, refresh tokens and Analytics service-account private keys are encrypted. Some report data and short-lived access tokens are cached to support operation. Report access uses website-specific session cookies.
Retention, removal and your choices
Connection settings and payment history are retained to support reports, alerts and restoration. Removing a website from SmartSite hides its reports and invalidates existing report sessions; it does not delete its saved credentials or history.
You can revoke SmartSite’s AdSense or optional Google-account Analytics authorization through your Google Account. An Analytics property administrator can remove a user’s or service account’s access. Revocation stops further authorized access once Google applies it, but does not automatically delete information already stored by SmartSite.
To request deletion of saved information, or ask about access and privacy, contact the SmartSite administrator at smartsite.mardinolay@gmail.com. Removing a website or revoking Google access is separate from requesting deletion of retained information.
