These terms describe the use of SmartSite Earnings, the private reporting dashboard available through smartsite.space.
Authorized use
Connect only websites and reporting accounts that you are authorized to access and share through SmartSite. Use the portal for the reporting and team activities approved by the SmartSite administrator.
Share report codes only with people you intend to give access to the displayed information. A website’s report can include the full balance and payment history of its connected AdSense account. Team workspace credentials provide separate access to team files and profiles.
Reports and estimates
Earnings and metrics come from the connected services and can be delayed, revised or temporarily unavailable. Currency conversions are estimates where a conversion is applied. Check the original provider’s dashboard and payment records before relying on a figure for accounting or payment decisions.
A payment alert reflects a payment record available from the connected service. It is not confirmation that funds have arrived in a bank account.
Connected services and access
Google, Adskeeper and WhatsApp features depend on their respective services, permissions and availability. You must maintain the access needed for the features you choose to use and follow the applicable provider terms.
You can revoke Google authorization or ask the administrator to disable a connection or payment alerts. Revocation can stop future data retrieval after the provider applies it. Information already retained by SmartSite is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
The administrator can hide or remove a website’s report access. Removing a website preserves its saved connection and history for restoration; it is not a data-deletion request.
